Dalton's Bow Street Lisburn

Owners Colin and Lynne McKibben wanted a cutting edge design for their new Bow Street restaurant. Part of the brief was a unique way to display Ice cream in modern surroundings. We chose to use the IFI Tonda revolving gelato display. This is a first in Ireland for the Tonda and its distinct shape influenced the circular themes used extensively throughout the interior fit-out.

Matcon achieved a relaxing, contemporary feel, and carried out the whole project from design to completion, on time and within budget .

Kopo Restaurant Lisburn

Matcon transformed this derelict 28 seat Fast Food unit into a vibrant Chinese Buffet, fitting 80 seats in the same space. The contemporary feel of lime green and walnut, interspersed with marble columns, complements the LED-illuminated ceiling recesses. The overall effect achieves a relaxing atmosphere in a functional space where diners can enjoy a range of Asian dishes.

Matcon designed, project managed and fitted out the entire restaurant, from drawing board through licence application to completion.

Del Toro Grill Lisburn

This exciting and fashionable Steak house, owned by Chef Anton Campbell and wife Bronagh, features cowhide chairs and a distinct “el Toro" theme throughout. Matcon collaborated with Bronagh on the design, and fitted the interior to the highest standard, from the meet-and-greet station at front of house to the luxurious bar at the back of the restaurant. A mixture of chandeliers, low energy lighting and large candle lanterns create an intimate atmosphere for diners to enjoy the distintive menu.
